Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the following products offered by Little Future Founders. By purchasing or allowing your child to use any of our products, you agree to be the below terms and conditions.

1. Privacy Policy:

  • Parental Consent: By purchasing our online programs, you confirm that you have parental consent from the legal guardian for the child to participate in the programs.
  •  Data Collection & Marketing: We gather specific details about children and track their progress. This information is collected solely to facilitate our services and adhere to relevant laws governing children’s privacy. You retain the right to access and delete your child’s information by contacting us at any time. We pledge to not sell your child’s personal information to third parties. We also reserve the right to share success stories of your child on social media. In case, you may not want your child to be featured, please contact us and we shall ensure that your child is not included in the same.
  •  Payment Details: We use trusted third party platforms that do not disclose or reveal any irrelevant or unsafe transactional details. We do not store any card details with us to maintain additional security and safety.

2. General Provisions:

  • Modification of Terms: We retain the prerogative to amend these Terms at our discretion. Notification of any alterations will be provided by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your ongoing utilisation of our products subsequent to the publication of the amended Terms signifies your consent to adhere to the revised provisions.
  • Reserving Right to Termination: There is zero tolerance to:

             -Sharing illegal, harmful, abusive and obscene content, and ideas

             -Bullying or abusing a colleague /expert/coordinator.

             -Violating our intellectual property rights

             -Payment default

Little future founders reserve the right to immediately withdraw all access, without issuing a refund, if any of the above scenarios are reported.

3. Payment & Taxes:

  • By placing an order for any of our products or programs, you agree to pay the listed price, with applicable taxes, on our website  by opting for one of the payment methods as outlined on our checkout page.
  • While no taxes are applicable on the sale of books, all online sessions levy a 18% GST.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

Activity books and story books will be shipped to the address provided during the ordering process.
For secure and speedy deliveries, we partner with a trusted third-party logistics provider to handle order fulfilment and shipping.

  • Shipment to the majority of metro cities and tier II cities will be executed within 4-6 working days.
  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

In case of incomplete or incorrect address details, the team shall try and contact the registered number twice to rectify the address. The shipment will remain pending at our end until you contact us to help complete this order.

5. Online Program Scheduling:

  • A program coordinator is assigned to a child for the online program within 24 hours of purchase. The coordinator will understand your child’s schedule and accordingly assign a batch for your child.
  • Parents will be requested to fill out a form with their child’s schedule preferences and details, to help us assign them to their sessions. We try our best to honour their schedules as much as possible.
  • The program coordinator will share their session details for all the entire duration of the program together, after reviewing the form details and dispatching the book set.
  • In case there are less than 3 children available for the scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled with 24 hour notice.
  • If the child misses their monthly session and has informed the LFF team then the child will be assigned to the same session with another group.
  • The child will only be awarded the certificate after completing all the sessions and the quiz successfully.

6. Intellectual Property:designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of this content without our written permission. Recording any part of our live sessions would be considered as an infringement of our intellectual property. Storing and distribution of this recording would result in monetary sanctions.

7. Usage Rights:

  • The child and the parent/guardian are free to use the learnings from the book, program and other resources while adhering to our intellectual property policy.
  • The online program is not transferable to another child’s name after purchase.
  • Lifelong access to online resources listed on our website.

8. Liability:This book and the program offered by Little Future Founders, a subsidiary of Little Chipper International is only for educational purposes. Starting and operating any business contains financial and other risks. Little future founders disclaims any expressed or implied warranties of any kind or nature regarding the contents of this book or program, including, without limitation, any legal, regulatory, financial, health or safety concerns arising from or relating to any business idea discussed or published by little future founders. In no event will little future founders be liable for any losses or damages, attorney fees or costs arising from or relating to use of the information contained in this book. Parents are solely responsible for adequate supervision of their minor children and any associated legal, regulatory, financial, health and safety risks associated with use of any information contained in the book or the program. Little future founders expressly disclaims any liability for the use or references to any terms or terminology in the book or program, which may not be considered appropriate or may be considered offensive, in light of societal changes. Further the contents of this book/program sessions, including references to any persons, corporation, brands, political parties, incidents historical events and/or terminology within the book, if any, are not intended to be offensive, and/or to hurt, insult or defame any person (whether living or dead), entity, gender caste, religion, race etc. and any interpretation to this effect is unintended and purely incidental. While we try to keep our publications as updated and accurate as possible, human error may creep in.
