How do we pace ourselves with the activity books and business guide?
All activity books and the business guide are designed to be completed in a chronological manner. Each activity book escalates in terms of the complexity of the business concept and mathematics involved to solve the problem. Children are allowed to pace themselves through the activity books based on their own availability, passion and maths ability.
What is the mathematic level across the activity books?
Our core purpose for the start-up maths activity books is to use the foundations of maths to introduce business concepts. Thus, the actual maths is not challenging but each book requires mastery of some key maths concepts.
Level 1: Two digit addition & subtraction
Level 2: Simple Multiplications
Level 3: Simple Division and Percentages.
Will the child need parental assistance to complete the activity books and the business guide?
We recommend parents to help children navigate through the business guide and the initial levels of the activity book depending on the age of the child and their level of reading comprehension. Once the child is familiarised with the program, minimal parental support is required.
