Return Policy

All our products and programs are designed with utmost care, love and quality. We are proud to share that our return rate is less than 0.05%. Our products are usually loved by parents and children!

However, we understand that our products may not be for everyone and sometimes despite our best efforts the product may reach you in a damaged condition. Please review our return and refund policy prior to purchase. 

Policy for Kits, Puzzles & Toys: 

Incase the product has reached you in a damaged condition, we request you to kindly take a photo of the outer box along with the damaged component and share with us on info@littlefuturefounders.com. We will arrange for a new shipment for you in the next 48 hours. No refunds will be issued.

We understand there might be other reasons for you to return, we request you to email us within 24 hours of receiving the product with your reason and we will respond within 48-72 hours. All items must remain in the original packing, unused and in perfect condition. Once return request is approved, we will arrange for pick up. 2.5% payment gateway charges and INR.150 for reverse shipment fee will be deducted and the remaining amount shall be reimbursed to your account in 4-5 working days of receiving the product in acceptable conditions.

Policy for our Books: 

Sales of all storybooks and activity books are considered final, unless delivered damaged. The damage needs to be reported to us on email (info@littlefuturefounders.com) within 24 hours of receiving the product. On reviewing the damage condition, a new book will be delivered to your address. We do not offer refunds. 

Policy for our Online Programs: 

Once purchased, the order cannot be cancelled. The book sets included in the online programs (if any) are non-refundable. The customer can either claim for a refund for the pending online sessions that the child has not attended (including the GST amount for the pending session) OR defer the pending sessions for a later period within 12 months.
